See search results on a map, customize your statuses, and keep dashboards clean.

Search Map View

When you search (Cmd+K or Ctrl+K) and results include jobs or flights with locations, the search modal expands into a split view. Results appear on the left, and an interactive map with pins appears on the right.

  • Pins are color-coded by type: blue for jobs, green for flights, purple for projects
  • Hover over a result to highlight its pin on the map
  • Click a pin or a result to open it directly
  • The map zooms to fit all results automatically

Custom Status Labels

Rename any job or project status to fit your team's terminology.

  • Rename "In Progress" to "Active" or "Weather Delayed" to "Grounded"
  • Set different labels for job statuses and project statuses
  • Your custom labels show up across the entire platform

Hide Unused Statuses

Remove statuses your team doesn't use from selection menus.

  • Hidden statuses won't appear when creating or editing jobs and projects
  • Existing records keep their status and display correctly
  • Un-hide any status at any time

Go to Settings > Customization. You'll see a list of all statuses for jobs and projects. Type a custom label or uncheck a status to hide it.

Auto-Archive Completed Jobs

Completed jobs now move out of active views automatically.

  • Active and Completed tabs on the project Jobs page
  • Active and Completed toggle on the pilot dashboard
  • Completed job counts still visible in stats
