Software License Agreement

1. Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and payment of applicable fees, DroneBundle grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the DroneBundle platform for your drone operations management needs during your subscription period.

2. Permitted Use

You may use DroneBundle to:

• Plan and manage drone missions and operations
• Store and organize flight data, pilot information, and compliance records
• Generate reports and analytics for your drone operations
• Collaborate with team members within your organization
• Access integrations and third-party services as available

3. Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform
• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the software
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense access to the platform
• Use the platform for any illegal purposes or in violation of aviation regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
• Remove or obscure any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the platform to compete with DroneBundle or develop competing services

4. Intellectual Property

DroneBundle and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the platform, including all intellectual property rights. This license does not grant you any rights to our trademarks, service marks, or logos.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all flight data, operational records, and other information you input into the platform. You grant DroneBundle a limited license to process this data solely to provide our services to you.

6. Subscription and Termination

This license is effective during your active subscription period. Either party may terminate this agreement according to the terms in our Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to access the platform will cease.

7. Updates and Modifications

DroneBundle may update, modify, or enhance the platform from time to time. These updates are included in your subscription and subject to this license agreement.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. DroneBundle does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet all your operational requirements. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable aviation regulations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DroneBundle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to operational disruptions, data loss, or regulatory violations.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where DroneBundle is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
