Run the job from the field
The DroneBundle app puts today’s jobs, the schedule, site photos, the airspace map, and your team on the phone that is already with you on site. Sign in with the account you already have.

The Parts of the Job That Happen Away From a Desk
Work gets planned at a desk and carried out somewhere else. The app covers the somewhere else, on the same workspace, with the same account.
Your Jobs, On Site
Every job you are allowed to see, with its project, status, priority, dates, and pilots. Open one and Update status is the first thing on the screen, above the schedule, the pilots, the capture requirements, and the files.

The Whole Schedule, Sideways
Turn the phone and the job feed fills it. Timeline by week or month, or a calendar grid, with the same filters you use on the web. A schedule is a wide thing, so it opens in landscape on purpose.

Check the Airspace Before You Fly
Search a site by city, address, coordinates, or What3Words and read the airspace around it, drawn from official sources for the United States and across Europe. Add the weather, put your jobs on the map, and save the places you keep going back to.

What the App Covers
Everything a pilot needs on a site and everything a manager needs while away from one, on the same workspace as the dashboard.
Update Status From the Site
Move a job along the moment the work is done, using your workspace’s own status pipeline rather than a generic list.
The status that used to wait for a laptop no longer waits.
Photos Straight Onto the Job
Shoot with the camera or pick from the library, then file photos against a job or project as before, during, after, or general.
Each upload shows its progress, and anything that fails retries.
Pilots and Assignments
See who is on a job and add or swap pilots from the same screen, which is what a call-in-sick morning actually needs.
Managers can reassign without opening a laptop.
Project Discussions
Message the team on a project, mention people directly, and send something privately, with an expiry or a password when it matters.
The conversation stays attached to the work.
Flight Reports and Approvals
Pilots see their approved flights. Managers approve or reject completed flights with a note, and can revert an approval if it needs another look.
Billing and reporting stop waiting on someone being at a desk.
Projects, Files, Equipment, Team
Browse projects and their files, look up who is holding which equipment, open the documents your team needs, and find anyone on the team.
Download what you need before you lose signal on the way there.
Why It Matters
The gap between doing the work and recording it is where drone operations lose time. The app closes it on site rather than that evening.
Work Lands as It Happens
Statuses, photos, and notes arrive from the site instead of on Friday evening, so the office is looking at today rather than last week.
One Account, Both Screens
The same workspace, the same jobs, the same people. Sign in with the account you already have and there is nothing new to learn.
The App Knows Your Role
Pilots open onto their own assignments. Managers land on the whole operation. Nobody sees more than their permissions already allow.
The app reads the same operation as your job feed, airspace and planning, and flight approvals. Creating projects, invoicing, and account administration stay on the web dashboard. Syncing DJI logs off a controller is a separate Android log sync app.
