Ops Lead Pilot Management

Assign Pilots to Ops Leads Project managers can assign specific pilots to ops leads. Go to pilots page, find an ops lead, click "Manage Access" to select which pilots they can manage.
Assigned Pilots View Ops leads see their assigned pilots with who granted access and when.
Equipment Assignment Ops leads can assign/unassign equipment to their managed pilots. Equipment dialog shows only their assigned pilots.
Document Access Ops leads can view workspace documents for their assigned pilots - certifications, training records, compliance docs.
Manager Display Pilot pages show manager relationships - which ops leads manage which pilots and who granted the permissions.
