Automatic Flight Verification and Optional Flight Approval

Every scheduled flight is checked against its flight log. A log from the dock, the controller, or an upload marks the flight flown with the log as proof, and only the flights that still need a person are flagged for review. Manager approval is now an optional workspace setting, off by default.
Flights Verified by Their Logs
- A flight log from a DJI dock (FlightHub 2 sync), the DroneBundle Android app on a DJI controller, or a web upload finds its job and the scheduled flight whose time window covers the takeoff
- That flight is marked Flown, with a mark showing what backs it: verified by dock, verified by controller, or verified by upload
- A flight the pilot already marked complete keeps the log as proof
- A flight marked not flown that a log matches is flagged instead of trusted
One Flights List
- Flight Reports opens on a Flights list with every scheduled flight, its pilot, its outcome, and its report status
- Filter by period, project, pilot, outcome, and report status
- Open a flight to record or correct its outcome and the pilot's answers
Needs Review
- Missing outcome: the flight's time has passed, no log matched, and nothing was recorded
- Missing answers: the flight was flown, but a required report question is still empty
- Log says flown: a flight marked not flown has a matching flight log
- The Review link on Flight Summary opens the same list for the period you picked
Optional Manager Approval
- Require manager approval is a switch in Flight Reports, Report settings, and it is off by default
- With it off, a verified or recorded flight counts as flown right away: in Flight Summary, on the Overview, in project and team flight counts, and in pilot flight history
- With it on, flown flights need a manager's sign-off before they count toward billing, and an Approved tab appears
- It applies to flights scheduled after it is turned on. Turning it off releases anything still pending, and past approvals stay in the history
- Owners and project managers can change it
