- Five occurrence classes: Accident, Serious Incident, Incident, Near Miss, Occurrence Without Safety Effect
- Six statuses: Reported, Under Investigation, Root Cause Analysis, Corrective Actions, Verification, Closed
- Five severity levels: Catastrophic, Hazardous, Major, Minor, Negligible
- Filter by status, category, severity, or occurrence class
- Environmental context: weather, visibility, wind conditions, lighting
- Outcome tracking: injury level and count, aircraft damage, property damage with cost estimate
- Investigation fields: root cause, root cause category, contributing factors, lessons learned
- Regulatory reporting: authority name and reference number
