Document Version Control (Enterprise)

Upload a new version of any document and all previous versions are preserved.

• Click "Upload New Version" on any document detail page
• Add optional change notes describing what changed
• Full version history showing who uploaded each version and when
• Download any previous version directly from the history
• Current version clearly marked with a badge
• Version column visible in the documents table (v1, v2, v3...)
• Delete confirmation warns when a document has multiple versions

Document Table Improvements

The documents page now matches the consistency of equipment and project tables.

• Resizable columns with drag-to-resize borders
• New "Uploaded By" column showing who created each document
• New "Version" column showing current version number
• Category badges with colored icons matching the category tabs
• Pagination with page controls and item count
