# DroneBundle

> DroneBundle is drone operations software that runs a whole drone business or drone program in one place: projects and jobs, clients, flight logs, drone mapping, pilot scheduling, documents, invoicing and a CRM. Plans start at $199 a month, with a 14-day free trial and no credit card required. Available in the US and across Europe.

Instead of separate tools, for example a spreadsheet for jobs, mapping software, a flight logbook, a shared drive and a CRM, everything lives in one connected workspace. A map is built from the photos on the job, the flight log lands on the same job, and the invoice is made from the flights that were flown.

## Plans and pricing

Every plan has unlimited projects, jobs, clients and equipment, and includes drone mapping. Prices are per workspace per month, with no per-seat fees.

- Solo, $199 a month: for one-person drone businesses. 1 team member, 250 GB storage, 50 processing credits a month for drone mapping. Includes the client portal, project discussions with clients, client invoicing, the CRM, flight logs from DJI, Autel, Parrot, PX4 and ArduPilot, automatic flight verification, Flight Summary for billing, 3D flight replay, airspace maps with go/no-go checks, weather, document expiry reminders, the iPhone and Android app, DroneBundle AI and the weekly PDF report.
- Team, $499 a month: for crews of up to 10 people. Everything in Solo, plus 1 TB storage, 200 processing credits a month, roles and permissions, Pilot Schedule, pilot availability, optional flight approvals, custom pilot reports, pilot invoices, team chat, secure messages and DJI Dock / FlightHub 2 sync.
- Enterprise, starts at $1,490 a month: for drone programs. Everything in Team, plus unlimited team members, features built and maintained for your workflow, your branding on the app, reports, invoices and shared links, connections to your other systems, risk register, incident reporting, audit scheduling, maintenance by flight hours, cycles and days, API, webhooks, Zapier, Make and n8n, backup to your own cloud storage, pay by invoice, onboarding and priority support.
- Processing credits: one credit covers up to 100 photos, rounded up. Extra credits are $1 each, bought from 50 at a time, and never expire.
- Extra storage: $50 a month per 500 GB.
- Free trial: 14 days with every feature, Enterprise ones too, and 20 processing credits. No credit card required.

## AI assistants

DroneBundle works with ChatGPT, Claude and other AI assistants, on every plan.

- MCP server: DroneBundle runs a hosted, read-only MCP (Model Context Protocol) server. ChatGPT, Claude or any assistant that supports MCP connectors can answer questions from a workspace's projects, jobs, flights (including DJI Dock flights synced from FlightHub 2), pilots, equipment, maintenance, safety records, clients, invoices and documents. It signs in with the user's own DroneBundle account, sees only what that account can see, and cannot create, edit or delete anything.
